The unique art of Georgia
Gregory Photography commenced in 1990 when Georgia Gregory brought
her innovative approach to the industry of wedding photography.
The concept was initiated through Georgia's belief that every wedding
has a decisive moment; one image that tells the entire story of
a wedding.
By combining her training in photojournalism, her experience
with top fashion photography, and her immeasurable passion for
documenting life, Georgia delivers emotion-provoking images to
all of her clients.
Georgia earned her degree in photojournalism from the prestigious
Parson's School of Design in New York City, where she was privileged
to study under, and receive praises from, Life Magazine's photo
editor, John Loenguard. Having focused exclusively on photojournalism
in school, Georgia was enthusiastic as her career took her in a
new direction after a move to Los Angeles.
As assistant to renowned
celebrity photographer, Bonnie Schiffman, and famed fashion photographer,
Matthew Rolston, Georgia liased with numerous magazines including,
Rolling Stone, Harper's Bazaar, and Town & Country, ensuring
that photo shoots were successful from inception to culmination.
Her responsibilities included booking talent, producing the photo
shoots, and assisting the photographers as they shot for covers
and layouts. These experiences have proven immense in the success
of Georgia Gregory Photography.
